Upload Prescription
You can add your Prescription after adding your required medicines in your cart. On checkout page you can upload a valid prescription along with your details and can easily track your order. This way you can track your order in MY ACCOUNT section after you SIGN UP/LOGIN on our site.
If you are not sure which medicines you are looking for then,
- You can directly use our on site chat option where you can easily send your prescription with your preferred social media channel like, WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram and lot more. OR
- You can submit an email on “orders@shlokamedico.com” with your prescription in clear formats Eg. in JPEG, JPG, PNG & PDF and we will get in touch with you soon.
Guide for a valid prescription
- Don’t crop out any part of the image
- Avoid blurred image
- Include details of doctor and patient + clinic visit date
- Medicines will be dispensed as per prescription
- Supported files type: jpeg , jpg , png , pdf
- Maximum allowed file size: 5MB
